IV. Minutes of the last meeting V. Treasurer’s Report VI. Trustee’s Report:
A. GMC dump truck had a pneumatic tailgate release system installed, new horn, new rear tires and clutch adjustment.
B. Ford dump truck had to have the clutch adjusted again.
C. Trash has been dumped quite a bit.We emptied the trash trailer once.
D. Roads have been fully restored after January weather event. All but 2 roads are better than they were before the weather. E. Pulled shoulders:
1. 103rd between Broadway and turnpike
2. Ida from 71st to 78th
3. 77th between Katy and Lulu
4. Lulu between 75th and 77th 5. 82nd and Ida curve
6. Low off of Water.
7. 103rd Ct. (started process)
F. We continue to add material to roads that need it. Recent rain allowed us to determine how much more is needed and where. Material costs will be substantial but necessary to prevent further damage.
G. 103rd between Hillside and Hydraulic has had approximately 75% of ditches installed. Weather caused us to pause but we will be finishing ASAP.
H. Sedgwick County Annual Township meeting recap:
1. David present his take on the meeting
2. Laura present her take on the meeting
a) Gating of Public Roads, Minimum Maintenance Roads: possible solution to brush pile.
VII. New Business:
A. New Website presentation. Designed and donated by resident, Brandon Trube. Cost of domain name.
B. Discussion of wheel roll system grader attachment. Proposal to purchase.
C. Formal training opportunity via Luke Wanniger with Foley. Discussion of cost and vote.
D. Executive Session to discuss an employee matter.
Upcoming Projects:
1. Seneca will have ditches installed from 95th to county line as needed.
2. 111th will have ditches installed where missed and shoulders pulled where ditches already present
3. Oliver & 111th - 103rd will have ditches installed where needed.
4. Stearns and 95th shoulders to be pulled
5. Pattie will have more ditches installed from 71st to 77th
6. Ida will have ditches installed
7. 82nd and Broadway will have more ditches installed
8. 96th shoulders will be pulled
10. 89th and 90th off of Hydraulic will have ditches installed
11. 103rd Court will have shoulders pulled
