• Township Employee Issues - Utilize this form to report any feedback with a Township employee on contractor. This form can be used for praise or comlaints.

Roads

Report damage to roads, potholes, lights not working, etc.

• Gravel/Dirt Roads in Salem Township - Report issues with the dirt/gravel roads in the township.
• County Roads - Report issues with paved county roads
• Kansas State Roads - They are routes with an “I”, “US” or “K” prefix, and most are outside of city boundaries.
